Dhanush’s most anticipated film ‘Vaathi’ has been released in theatres and the film received positive reviews. Directed by Venky Atluri, the movie was released in theatres on February 11 and the movie featured Dhanush, Samyuktha and Samuthirakani in lead roles. The actor is now busy shooting for his next film ‘Captain Miller’ with director Arun Matheswaran. On January 18, the ‘Jailer’ movie makers announced that they are collaborating with Dhanush for a new movie which will be tentatively called ‘D 50’.

The movie marks Dhanush’s 50th film and the film is said to be directed by Dhanush and it will reportedly feature Dhanush, SJ Suryah and Vishnu Vishal in lead roles and the cast will also include Kalidas Jayaram and Dushara Vijayan in important roles.
